  2. AMIGA relocates Order processing to Braunschweig

  4.   Ladies and Gentlemen, dear AMIGA dealers !

  6.    You certainly learned it from the media, last week the events almost
  7.    overtook themselves:

  9.    Bensheim 22/07/96
  10.    
  11.    On Thursday, the 18th of July, 1996 the final contract of purchase was
  12.    signed between the bankruptcy trustee solicitor Bernhard Hembach and
  13.    the president and CEO of VISCorp, William Buck, with approval of the
  14.    'pool of banks' for the entire remaining inventory and intellectual
  15.    property.
  16.    
  17.    Until 18th of August 1996 VISCorp has time now to establish the
  18.    necessary companies to carry on with its current businesses.
  19.    
  20.     In the meantime, the business will be run with the approval of the
  21.    bankruptcy trustee Hembach under the name AMIGA Technologies GmbH i.K.
  22.    From the 19th of August, 1996 the business will finally be run under
  23.    the name, control and ownership of VISCorp.
  24.    
  25.     What changes now ?
  26.     
  27.    Order processing, distribution and dealer support are now being
  28.    handled in Braunschweig. Mr. Axel Krämer is now responsible for the
  29.    operations there and the contact persons are Axel Krämer, Margret
  30.    Wiedemann and Andreas Steep. Support, hotline, accounting and company
  31.    management are still located in Bensheim. Just as a reminder the
